About Me

Monique Stone BA(hons), MSTAT, D.Htox, D.Iridol, MBRCP (Homotoxicology)

From an academic background, I have been teaching the Alexander Technique for 20 years. I have extensive experience with repetitive strain injury and serious back and joint problems, particularly scoliosis and torticollis. Nine years ago I decided to add other disciplines to my practice and have since qualified in scenar therapy, nutrition, homotoxicology (a form of homeopathic medicine) and iridology. These disciplines are suitable for all medical conditions. I am currently upgrading my qualifications to a B.Sc. in Nutritional Medicine. I am fully insured for all disciplines.

I am a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, the internationally recognised professional body, established in 1958. I have completed the required three years full time training, and adhere to a published code of professional standards.
